horseradish! love that on the right foods. been eating a mix of wasabi/horseradish sauce, from F___hoffers, or some brand like that. i like just drinking buttermilk straight up sometimes.
i’d love to just “come over” (or whatever you said near the end) and make use of whatever you would end up throwing out. hehehhehe unless its pork, i rarely eat that, altho occasionally i can’t resist.

I stopped buying fruit juices over 3 years ago because it has too much sugar. I just eat the fruit. It’s healthier for you anyway. Eat an orange, you get the pulp and other fibers that you wouldn’t get just drinking juice. Same as with apple juice, you eat an apple you get the fiber. I also eat lean meats, salmon, skinless chicken, fresh veggies and I don’t eat that much wheat products. I stay slim, but I’m in better health now than before.

…It’s all about the amount of calories you’re consuming. Consuming more calories than you’re burning off it what contribute to weight gain. Boost or Ensure could very well help you gain weight. I use to drink Ensure until Boost came about.
